Q. How is delivery cost calculated?
A. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and click on the 'Display shopping basket' link at the top right of the page. Your delivery cost is calculated automatically depending on the product and which region you select it to go to.

Q. How safe is it to shop online?
A. This web-site uses the same level of encryption security that international banks and government bodies use to protect their data. This means your transaction is 100% secure.

Q. Can I come in and see the product range?
A. DIY Superstore is an online only hardware store. Not having a shop-front means lower costs and lower over-heads for us. This is why our products can be sold at such low prices.

Q. Can I see the pavers / blocks at any location?
A. Everything under the 'pavers' and 'blocks & retaining walls' categories can be viewed at the manufacturers office which is located at 18 Camfield Drive, Heatherbrae NSW. Alternatively, you can buy a sample pack from the website.

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Contact Us for URGENT delivery options.
We recommend NOT to arrange any trades until your order has been delivered.

Q. What are your office hours?
A. Try giving us a call at any time! Our after-hours team will be happy to help you with your queries.

Q. How is delivery of pavers or blocks made?
A. Your order of pavers or blocks are carefully stacked onto pallets and forklifted onto a truck. The truck driver will haul your delivery to your address and drop the pavers or blocks off onto your front nature strip. The trucks will have offloading facilities such as a moffett, crane or forklift.
